Founded in Mumbai by friends and co-founders Reema and Aditi, Weave A Plan LLP was created with a simple vision — to turn ideas into thoughtfully curated experiences. What began as a remotely run venture driven by passion, creativity, and attention to detail has grown into a dedicated travel and event planning business focused on crafting seamless and memorable journeys for every client.

Our Story
Weave A Plan LLP began in late 2025 with two friends, a shared dream, and the belief that meaningful experiences bring people closer together. Founded by Reema Agarwal and Aditi Mundada in Mumbai, the company was built from countless conversations over coffee, late-night planning sessions, and the determination to create something of their own.
In the early days, there was no formal office — just laptops open across cafés, dining tables turned into workstations, and ideas constantly being woven into plans. Balancing newly introduced work lives alongside family responsibilities was not always easy, especially as two women building a business from the ground up. Yet, through every challenge, their passion and commitment kept them moving forward.
A major milestone came in June 2026 with their first excursion to Nashik — a moment that transformed their vision into reality and gave them the confidence to dream even bigger. What started as a small, remote venture between two friends has steadily grown into a brand driven by creativity, care, and personal connection.
