Weave A Plan was born from a simple belief: that travel should feel effortless, joyful, and deeply personal — especially for women and seniors who've earned every bit of comfort they deserve.


We are Reema and Aditi — two friends who couldn't find the travel company we were looking for, so we built it ourselves. From the foothills of Himachal to the backwaters of Kerala, we've walked every path we plan for you.

An entrepreneur, trained yoga instructor, and lifelong explorer who has stamped her passport in more than 25 countries. Reema's love for culture, connection, and adventure inspired her to launch a travel and events business where she brings people's dream experiences to life.

By combining her background in yoga and mindfulness with her passion for event curation, she designs experiences that help you hit pause, explore the world, and reconnect with yourself.
